Karen did a great job selling a condo which had previously been on the market for 12 months with another local agent. She gave great advice and it was under contract in 2 months and sold in 3. I believe this is because she is friendly with our community of brokers and was able to get it shown more often. Most importantly, Karen always answers the phone and we worked together to make it available to show. Brokerage is Karen's full time job which distinguishes her from others who are here to ski and enjoy the resort lifestyle.
