Elk, deer, plenty of wildlife. 12 mi +/- S of Naturita, 30 min to Norwood. Power lines nearby. Solar may be the cheapest option for power. Currently too much sage grouse protection for any solar farms. Fenced on 2 sides. with a 1/4 mile of fence running north/south. SE corner is yellow cattle guard.
