Erik was recommended to us by a contractor in Telluride and we met with him, liked him and hired him to list our condo. We had listed it with another realtor the year before and there were not offers at any price. When we worked with Erik on listing price, negotiable issues, etc., he obviously recommended an appropriate price and the unit was under contract in just a few weeks. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service he gave us. He was always available to take calls with any questions we had and his assistant was also very attentive.
